1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeamCord ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

TeamCord is an AI-powered team coordination platform for youth sports. The Service provides scheduling, communication, RSVP tracking, attendance management, and AI-assisted team operations.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use TeamCord. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• TeamCord offers a paid subscription plan billed monthly per team.
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload or transmit content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on TeamCord (messages, events, announcements, etc.). By using the Service, you grant TeamCord a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service, including AI-powered features.

7. AI Features

TeamCord uses AI to assist with team management tasks. AI-generated suggestions, messages, and actions are provided as recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-proposed actions before they are executed. All AI actions are logged and can be undone.

8. Team Roles and Permissions

Team owners and coaches manage access and permissions within their teams. TeamCord is not responsible for how team administrators configure roles or share information within their teams.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TeamCord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamCord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
